Here are few questions that will help me operate smoothly on the wedding day. If you could answer all the question you are able to and if you still are not clear on the answer just respond TBC that would be really helpful.

What time is your hairdresser and MUA arriving?

How many bridesmaids?

What time is the ceremony?

What time is the groom due at the Ceremony Location?

What time is the bride due to leave for the ceremony?

Who is giving the bride away?

Will you be hoping to do a 1st look?

Are there any readings at the ceremony? Please provide names of all readers.

Are there any parking issues at the ceremony location?

Will there be a choir or anyone playing music before, during or directly after the ceremony?

What time are you due at the reception venue?

Are there any parking issues at the reception location?

What time are your guests called to dine?

Are your speeches before or after the wedding breakfast?

Who is speaking at the speeches?

Do you have a routine planned for your 1st dance?

Will there be a DJ or band present?

Please let us know if there is anything else planned for the evening. e.g. Fireworks, Photobooth, Sparklers etc.

Has provision been made by yourselves or the caterers for a hot meal to be provided for the videographer and their team. Please note that if no, we may need to leave the venue to buy food.
